With over 20 years of experience in technical customer support, I am a highly motivated and adaptable professional with a passion for helping others and resolving customer concerns. I am skilled in respecting deadlines and prioritizing tasks to ensure efficient delivery of results.
Driven by my love for computer software and curiosity, I recently embarked on a journey to learn programming and completed a Full Stack Web Development Bootcamp to gain comprehensive technical knowledge. This has further enhanced my skill set and allowed me to stay up-to-date with the latest technological advancements.
In my previous role working with Apple devices, I made a significant impact in the quality department by increasing the CSAT (Customer Satisfaction) response rate by 20%. I take pride in my ability to make positive changes and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
